Configuration

JP75/300 Hose Reel Irrigator includes 360°chasis, mounting bracket, reel, PE pipe, gear box, axial water turbine, speed-controlling device, sprinkler cart and so on.

Operation Principle 

The water flowing into the Hose Reel Irrigator drives the reel, which rolls the PE pipe to drive the sprinkler cart back. In this way, it can sprinkle automatically. In order to facilitate the operation and maintenance for the users, it is designed with standardization and serialization. It has five assemblies, such as reel, sprinkler cart, water inlet assembly, transmission bracket, chasis. Each assembly is detached to others, and all of them coordinate during operation, so it helps to change some parts or repair it if there are any problem. Moreover, the well-chosen axial water turbine and gear box with 3 speeds can fit in different models of Hose Reel Irrigator. It is very convenient to maintain and repair it.

Scope Of Application

Hose Reel Irrigator can be used to irrigate lands with different sizes, different shapes, and different terrains. It is suitable to irrigate the crops, either it is high or short, such as corn, soy bean, wheat, potato, forage etc, as well as some fruits and cash crops, such as sugar cane, tea, banana etc.
